AI for operations teams
Document processing, internal ops bots, and the Airtable replacements you keep deferring.
Three jobs Operations teams hand to us
Document processing
Invoices, contracts, applications — extracted, validated, routed.
Internal ops bots
Slack bots that approve, look up, route. Not summary bots.
Airtable replacements
When the spreadsheet is the production system.
Things we build for Operations teams
Document processing pipelines
Invoices, contracts, applications, claims — extracted, validated, routed. With humans in the loop where they belong.
Internal ops bots
Slack bots that actually do something — not just summarize. Approvals, lookups, routing.
Airtable replacements
When the spreadsheet has become a production system. We migrate it without breaking the team.
Cross-system integrations
Stop the daily CSV exports. Real integrations between QuickBooks, Salesforce, your CRM, and the homegrown app.
Start with the hours your Operations team loses
We find where the team loses time, show what it costs, and build the fix. Three services take you from finding the jobs to your team using the result.

Common questions
Our key process is an airtable that one person built — can you migrate it without breaking the team?
Yes. that's a frequent shape. we run the airtable in parallel with the new system until the team trusts it, then cut over.
How is this different from zapier, n8n, or the workflow tool we already pay for?
Zapier and n8n are great for the trigger-action layer; we use them where they fit. we ship the parts those tools can't: ai extraction from unstructured documents, validation logic with audit trail, human approval queues, and integrations that need real auth instead of a webhook.
What data and systems do you typically connect?
For ops teams: quickbooks or netsuite, salesforce or hubspot, the ticketing tool (zendesk, freshdesk), the homegrown app, the document store (google drive, sharepoint), and the slack/teams workspace. we map the data flow before writing any code.
