Make your team use the AI you built
Role-specific training on the real workflows we build with you, so people use the system every week. Leaders see before and after in an adoption report.
What AI training is
Stennir's AI training is role-specific adoption. Each role learns to use the real system built for their work, on their own cases. It is not general AI fluency: the goal is people using the workflow every week, with usage measured before and after.
Adoption you can see
Training is tied to the workflows we build, and to the people who run them.
Training by role
Each role learns the part of the system it uses, in the order it uses it.
Taught on the real system
People practise on real cases in the tools they will use, not on slides.
An executive working session
Each leader works on a real task from their own role and leaves with a working result.
An adoption report
Written for leaders: who uses it, how often, what changed and what is still stuck.
Tied to our builds
Training follows the workflows we build with you, so it never teaches something you do not run.
Follow-up on what is stuck
Where the report shows people stalling, we go back to that role and fix it.
Teams we work best with
- Companies with a workflow live that people are not using yet.
- Managers who need their team to use the new system, not only hear about it.
- Leaders who want to see adoption in a report rather than guess at it.
- Not a fit: companies looking for a general AI awareness course for everyone.
From the first session to a report
- 01
Look at each role
We learn what each role does and where the system fits into their day.
- 02
Teach on real cases
Small groups work through their own cases on the live system.
- 03
Support first use
We stay close while people start, and answer the questions that come up.
- 04
Report on adoption
Leaders get a written report comparing use before and after.
Questions we hear a lot
How is this different from a general AI course?
A general course teaches everyone what AI is. We train the specific people who run a workflow, on that workflow, and then measure whether they use it.
What happens in the executive working session?
Each leader picks a task from their own role and leaves with a working result built on their own work. No slides about AI in general.
What is in the adoption report?
Who uses the system, how often, what changed compared with before, and what is still stuck. It is written for your leadership team.
Do you train on systems you did not build?
It works best on workflows we build with you, because we know them. We can also train on a system you already run.
Which roles do you train?
The roles that run the workflow: for example the people who handle customer messages, check documents or read the reports.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-minute call. We agree the scope and how we work together there, and write it down before anything starts.
Get your team using it
30 minutes. Tell us which roles need to change how they work, and we will tell you how we would train them.
