what's the equity split, really?

named on the term sheet within two weeks of the first call. the range depends on what we bring (capital, build, ip pipeline) vs what you bring (domain, network, time). we don't publish a number on the site — we hold a number in writing once we know the venture's shape.

do you fund the venture?

we cover the wedge sprint (the first four weeks of build + agents + senior oversight). after wedge, we co-raise with you, led by you. the studio doesn't write follow-on cheques.

what happens at the four-week wedge check?

either: working prototype + a wedge customers want, and we keep building together — or we shake hands and you keep what we built. no penalty, no clawback. four weeks is short enough that walking away costs both sides less than a year of drag.

how is this different from accelerators or co-founder matching?

accelerators give you 12 weeks and a community. matching services give you a person and hope. we give you a real build team, a term sheet, and a kill date.

what about ip?

ip belongs to the new company once it's incorporated. before that, anything we build during the wedge sprint is jointly owned and dies with the project if we don't go forward.

do you do corporate ventures or spin-offs?

yes. corporate ventures: joint builds with enterprise partners around an operational inefficiency or product gap, structured as a JV. spin-offs: when one of our platform deployments hits product-market fit, we productize it as a standalone company. both follow the same transparency rules — terms named up front.
