Services
What does Stennir do, and who is it for?
Stennir is an AI consultancy that also builds and trains. We help operations-heavy mid-market companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia find where AI saves time, put the first workflow live with real users, and train the team to run it. We work in Arabic and English.

What is the difference between AI consulting, custom AI solutions and AI training?
AI consulting finds where AI pays in your operations and ranks the jobs. Custom AI solutions, our AI implementation service, builds the chosen workflow and puts it live. AI training teaches the people who run it to use it every week. Each service also works on its own.
Which service should we start with?
Start with AI consulting if you are not sure where AI would pay. Start with AI implementation if you already know the workflow you want live. Start with AI training if a system is already running and your team needs to use it well. The 30-minute call helps you decide.

Do we have to use all three services?
No. Each service also works on its own. They work best in order, and you can start at any one.
What do you not do?
We do not give legal advice or certify compliance. We do not ask your team to move to a new tool, and we do not let AI take important actions without a person approving them. We also say so on the call if AI is not the right fix for a job.
Can engineers work inside our team?
Yes, as part of AI implementation. A senior engineer can work inside your team, learn how the work runs and build alongside your people. You can read more about what a forward deployed engineer is. Whether it fits your situation is something we work out on the 30-minute call.

How we work
What happens on the 30-minute call?
We ask how your team works and what slows it down. You do not need to prepare anything. We then say plainly whether we can help and which service fits, and we agree the scope and how we work together. Nothing is decided until we understand the workflow.

What is the free AI readiness assessment?
It is a free tool with eight questions that takes a few minutes. You get a one-page summary of where AI is most likely to pay in your operations, what to settle before you start, and which of our three services fits. Answers stay in your browser, and there is no signup.

How do you work with our team and our data?
We meet the people doing the work and follow how it really runs, then build with them rather than for them. Everything runs in accounts you own, and answers come from your own data, knowledge and context. Nothing important happens until a person on your side approves it.

What do we need to provide?
A few people who know how the work runs, access to the tools and documents involved, and one person who can approve what the AI does. You do not need AI skills or a technical team to start. We handle the AI part and explain each step in plain language.
How do you measure value?
We write down how the work runs today before anything changes, then review results against that starting point. Hours freed and money saved are reported separately, so you can check each on its own. We do not report a number we cannot trace back to where you started.

Can you work with our existing vendors and IT team?
Yes. We connect to the tools and systems you already run, and we work alongside your IT team and current vendors rather than replacing them. Your IT team can read the written spec for each automation, and the audit log afterwards, so they always know what it is allowed to do.
Data and security
Is our data safe?
Every project comes with a written safety plan, an audit log and a rollback plan. Your data is hosted where you need it, in the country, cloud or system that fits your rules.

Where is our data hosted?
Wherever you need it: in the country, cloud or system that fits your rules. The data stays yours, and everything runs in accounts you own. If your rules say the data must stay in a particular place, tell us on the call and we build around it.

Which tools can you connect AI to?
The ones your people already use: team chat such as Slack, shared drives such as Google Drive, email and calendar, HR tools, knowledge bases and customer records. Nobody has to learn a new place to work. Where a tool supports MCP, the open standard for connecting AI to tools, we use it.
Do you help with data protection rules such as the PDPL?
We design each project so your compliance team can review it, but we are not a law firm and do not give legal advice or certify compliance. Every project includes a written safety plan, an audit log and a rollback plan. Whether a rule applies to you is a question for your legal advisers.

Training
Do we need to know anything about AI?
No. You tell us how your team works. We handle the AI part, and train your people so they feel confident using it.
How does AI training work?
We train the specific people who run a workflow, on that workflow, using your real tools and documents. Formats include cohorts, hands-on labs and workshops, and leaders get a working session on a task from their own role. An adoption report then shows who uses the system and what is still stuck.

Language and regions
Do you support Arabic and English?
Yes. Every workflow goes live in both Arabic and English, so your staff and customers can use it in the language they choose. We speak your language and adapt the solution to you, including the documents and messages it reads and writes.
Which countries do you work in?
We work with operations-heavy mid-market companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and with teams across both. We focus there on purpose, so the examples, the language and the rules we plan around are the ones you deal with. If you are elsewhere, book a call and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
Working with us
How much does it cost?
We agree the scope and how we work together on a 30-minute call. Nothing is decided before we understand your needs, and the terms are written down before any work starts.

Who owns what you build?
The custom code we write sits in your repository, with a runbook. Your team is trained to run it.
What does “you pay for finished work” mean?
It applies to custom AI solutions only. You pay for finished work, such as a sorted inbox, a drafted report or updated records. AI does the volume and a person checks it. How that works for you is agreed on the 30-minute call and written down before any work starts.
