When you visit this site, we log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for security and basic operational diagnostics. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we run PostHog to count page views, to record which links and buttons are clicked, to catch page errors and loading speed, and to record screen sessions of how pages are used. It stores its data in your browser's local storage rather than cookies. Everything you type is masked, form fields and the readiness assessment are never recorded, and we do not capture console logs or what you type. If you decline, none of this runs. If your browser sends Do Not Track, or asks sites to save data, we do not load it at all. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

When you book a discovery call or email us, we collect what you send: your name, email, company, and the contents of your message.

We do not buy, sell, or rent personal data. We do not load third-party tracking pixels.

To respond to your inquiry, run the engagements we're hired to run, keep the site secure, and understand which pages actually help readers.

Our infrastructure vendors (hosting, email, scheduling) — strictly to operate the service. Each is bound by their own data-processing agreements.

When required by law. We will tell you if we receive a request and the law permits us to disclose it.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Access limited to the people who need it. Logged when accessed. We follow industry-standard practices and refuse to overclaim about it.
