We collect the minimum necessary to run Stennir and respond to the people who reach out to us. This page tells you what that means in practice.
What we collect.
When you visit this site, we log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for security and basic operational diagnostics. We also run PostHog to count page views. It stores its data in your browser's local storage rather than cookies, and session recording and click tracking are both switched off. If your browser sends Do Not Track, or asks sites to save data, we do not load it at all.
When you book a discovery call or email us, we collect what you send: your name, email, company, and the contents of your message.
We do not buy, sell, or rent personal data. We do not load third-party tracking pixels.
Why we collect it.
To respond to your inquiry, run the engagements we're hired to run, keep the site secure, and understand which pages actually help readers.
Who we share it with.
Our infrastructure vendors (hosting, email, scheduling) — strictly to operate the service. Each is bound by their own data-processing agreements.
When required by law. We will tell you if we receive a request and the law permits us to disclose it.
Your rights.
Request a copy of what we hold, ask us to delete it, or correct anything wrong. Email hello@stennir.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
How we keep it secure.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Access limited to the people who need it. Logged when accessed. We follow industry-standard practices and refuse to overclaim about it.
Changes.
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above and — for material changes affecting active clients — email you.
